This apartment is relatively new to me..... I had an opportunity to move into it last February (2012) and worked like a whirling dervish to make it livable.  It was a tiny, ugly, smelly,dirty batchelor pad before stormed in with brillo pad and brush in hand.  
It is above my art studio.  Short commute to work, when I'm in Fayetteville.
